Thomas Lorünser studied Electronics at the Technical University of Vienna. He completed his Diploma Theses during a project work at Austrian Aerospace in Vienna. Before joining the team he was working as a researcher in the robust communications workgroup of Prof. Goiser at the Institute of Industrial Electronics and Material Science, Technical University of Vienna. He was involved in the LISTEN Project of the 5th framework of the EU in the fields of digital hardware design and embedded software design. Thomas Lorünser is the leading electrical engineer in the quantum cryptography team.
