Thomas Matyus

Thomas Matyus studied Physics at the Technical University of Vienna. He finished his diploma thesis "Tight-Binding Molecular Dynamic Simulation of GaAs" 1995 at the Institute of Theoretical Physics. After working as a researcher in the field of stochastic modelling at the Institute of Econometrics and System Research (TU Vienna) he joined ARC Seibersdorf research GmbH 2002. Here he continued his work in the field of modelling and simulation. Since the beginning of 2005 he is a member of the quantum cryptography team and focuses on the implementation of quantum cryptography protocols and error correction algorithms.
